Your first steps on Qubicon

Accounts, enrolment and trying the AI Lab before you spend anything.

How do I create an account?
Click Sign In in the header, choose Create account, and register with your work email. Your dashboard, enrolments and certificates attach to that account.
How do I enrol in a program?
Open any program page and choose Enrol. Sign in if prompted, pick a cohort date, and complete checkout. Your seat appears in your dashboard immediately.
Can I try Qubicon's AI tools before buying?
Yes — the entire AI Lab (Skill DNA assessment, Curriculum Builder and ROI Calculator) is free and requires no account.

How programs actually run

Live sessions, recordings, missed classes and on-site delivery.

Are sessions live or recorded?
Core instruction is live — that is central to our results. Every live session is also recorded and available in your dashboard within 24 hours, and Qube can answer questions about any session you missed.
What happens if I miss a session?
Recordings appear in your dashboard, Qube summarises what you missed, and instructors hold weekly office hours to catch you up.
Do you deliver on-site?
Yes — workshops and executive seminars run at client facilities worldwide. On-site delivery is included in Growth Academy and Enterprise engagements.

How do I get my certificate?
Certificates issue automatically when you complete a program's assessment. They appear in your dashboard and are sent to your email with a verification code.
How does certificate verification work?
Anyone can verify a Qubicon credential at /verify using its QBC- code — no account needed. The check returns the holder's name, program and issue date from our system of record.

Paying, invoicing and refunds

Payment methods, currencies and the refund policy in plain language.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, UPI, net-banking and corporate invoicing via Razorpay for INR; cards and wire transfer for USD. Enterprise agreements support PO-based invoicing.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before a cohort starts; 50% up to 48 hours before. Enterprise engagements follow their contracted terms.
