Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the QUBICON.AI website, platform and training programs. By creating an account, enrolling in a program or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by them. If you are using Qubicon on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” in these terms includes it. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the services. Where a signed enterprise agreement exists between us, that agreement prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

Accounts & eligibility

Accounts are registered with a work email address and must carry accurate, current information — your real name, employer and role. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account; accounts are personal and may not be shared. Tell us immediately at legal@qubiconai.com if you suspect unauthorised use, and we will help you secure the account.

Programs & enrolment

Enrolment allocates a named seat in a specific cohort. Seats belong to the named learner; substituting a colleague is possible up to the cohort start date by contacting support. We may occasionally reschedule sessions or change instructors — when we do, we give notice and, where a change materially affects you, the refund options below apply. Session recordings are provided for your personal study only: they may not be redistributed, published or used to train other systems, and they remain available in your dashboard for the access period stated on your program page.

Payments & refunds

Published tiers are billed per delivered training hour, at the rates and hour counts stated in your proposal or on the program page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Razorpay; enterprise agreements may instead use PO-based invoicing on contracted payment terms.

Our refund policy is simple: cancel 7 or more days before your cohort starts and you receive a full refund; cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before the start and you receive 50%. Within 48 hours of the start, fees are non-refundable, though we will usually offer a transfer to a later cohort as a courtesy. Enterprise engagements follow the refund and cancellation terms of their contract. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Certificates

Certificates are issued when you complete a program's assessment requirements. Each carries a unique code that anyone can check on our verification page, and each is personal to you: certificates are non-transferable and may not be presented as belonging to anyone else. We may revoke a certificate for misconduct — including cheating on assessments, misrepresenting identity or violating these terms — after which verification for that code will show the credential as invalid.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the platform, curriculum or catalogue, whether by script or by hand;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute program content, recordings, labs or assessments, in whole or in part;
  • present Qube's outputs as professional advice — legal, financial, medical or otherwise — or misuse them in ways that could mislead others;
  • probe, disrupt or circumvent platform security, rate limits or access controls, or use the services for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with notice where practicable.

AI outputs disclaimer

Qube is an educational copilot. Its answers are generated to help you learn and are provided in good faith, but generative systems can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Verify any AI output before relying on it in business decisions, production systems or anything with real-world consequences. Qube's outputs are not professional advice, and Qubicon accepts no liability for decisions taken on the strength of an unverified AI answer — teaching you to apply exactly that judgement is, in fact, part of the curriculum.

Intellectual property

The Qubicon platform, curriculum, labs, assessments, brand and the Qube copilot are and remain the intellectual property of QUBICON.AI. Enrolment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning (or, for enterprise clients, for the internal training purposes stated in the contract). Materials you bring to a program — your data, code, documents and anything built on them during labs — remain yours. If you give us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the services.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubicon's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows, though we stand behind them rather harder than that phrase suggests.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. For clients contracting with our Indian entity, these terms are instead governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, with the courts of Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction. Before either of us goes to court, we agree to try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation first.

Questions about these terms, notices under them, and legal correspondence should be sent to legal@qubiconai.com. We aim to acknowledge legal correspondence within two business days.
