Qube is an AI copilot grounded in our public catalogue and your enrolment context. It answers questions, reviews exercises and points you to the next step — a learning companion, not a black box making decisions about you.
Think of Qube as a well-briefed tutor. It knows the curriculum and where you are in it, so its help is specific and timely. It doesn't make hiring, grading-of-record or eligibility decisions — those stay with people.

Conversations are stored securely to improve your experience and continuity between sessions.
Never used to train vendors
Your conversations and data are never used to train third-party foundation models. Full stop.
Retention window
Conversation logs are kept for 24 months, then anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

People stay in the loop
Automated scoring is advisory. Humans review quality, and consequential decisions never rest on a model alone.

We don't name specific model vendors in-product. It keeps the experience stable as the underlying models evolve.
